DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
A Human Resource Management outsourced service includes
staff interviewing, recruitment, contracting, weekly and
monthly payroll processing, electronic staff files, leave
and benefit administration, and periodic statutory returns
(PAYE/UIF/SDL/WCC etc.), HR and payroll reporting (including
statistics), employment equity reports, staff training,
drafting company HR Policies & Procedures, facilitating
disciplinary hearings, salary and performance reviews, etc.
A 12-month engagement is usually negotiated between the
Client and the HR & Payroll Practitioner, with a fixed
monthly fee in advance for HR & Payroll services.
