DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Among the outsourced services are administration and
management of employee benefits for any business, including
Health Insurance, Social Security, Insurance, Pay Increases,
On-Job Training Services, Perks & Bonuses, Achievement
Awards, Employee Allowances, Leave Administration, and other
employer-provided benefits. Typically, the Client contracts
the Administrator for a period of 12 months in advance with
a fixed monthly fee payable in advance.
