Furthermore, the services include statutory compliance, bank reconciliation, monthly management accounts, and reporting.  Accountancy services are usually provided as part of a 12-month engagement between the Client and the appointed Professional Accountant, for which a fixed monthly fee is usually paid in advance. Additionally, this service could include Drafting Accounting Policies and Procedure Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Human Resources and Payroll Services, with its periodic compliance and submissions required by law.
