This service could include company law, drafting of all commercial agreements, structuring of business transactions, formation and registration of trusts. Payment is usually based on a fixed hourly rate, but could also be a fixed amount as agreed between the parties. Consultation can be conducted in-person (at the office of the Attorney) or online via Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Team at a convenient time for both parties.
